hahhax..haven updated for long.. anyway, i wrote this entry regarding my malaysia trip in my handwritten diary, so gonna jus post it up here.
Day 1
woosh woke up super early, like around 5am and arrived at Golden Mile Complex at 6am(or slightly earlier). so took off at around 7 plus because we had to get all the documents from the agency and blah. after going through all the custom thingy, we arrived at JB safely at 8plus. and then set off for Genting.
arrived Genting at 3 plus if i remembered correctly, and chiong straight to play..hehehe! played bumper car once, and roller coaster twice, and this stupid hot air balloon once. and by then it was around 7pm, so went to Pizza Hut for dinner. after that walked around in the cold air and played somemore(this 4D stimulation ride) and WENT SHOPPING!!! i bought a pair of white slippers. which i think is branded in Malaysia but it costs only RM$35.90 which is around S$15.60. AND I WENT INTO THE CASINO! hehe! but this means that i look old. bleahx. oh yah, stayed in FIRST WOLRD HOTEL. >.< i didn’t sleep well at all.
Day 2 more busrides still. many people vomited on the way down from Genting but i was sleeping like a pig as usual, and woke up just nice to have breakfast at the foot of the ‘hill’. rode all the way to Ipoh and had lunch there, then continue traveling to Penang.
reached Penang in the late afternoon—Penang is like a little island that is surrounded by sea, and toured around some cave temples. after that, we checked in in our hotel and went for dinner at some Garden Palace Restaurant or something. some palace restaurant anyways. then zoomed off to walk walk at this shopping centre, but couldn’t find anything nice cuz everything there is BRANDED. ARGH.. so went to this street called Guan Zai Jiao that sells food and ate more again. rarrr. i ate so much during this trip. on the bus, at the hotel at night, on the streets while touring, in the hotel(breakfast) until i’m like dying. ate ice-kacang, chendol, cheng teng, rojak, until it suddenly rained! wahahha! we were so helpless until we met this teksi(taxi) that stopped for us(while we were walking in the heavy rain). so the 6 of us squeezed into the taxi. TERRIBLE! ahhax. the uncle was quite funny, cuz we told him to fetch us to Evergreen Laurel Hotel, and asked him if he knows where it is. his reply was ‘of course i know! if i dunno, i would have driven my taxi into the sea!’ in chinese. ehh.. don’t sound funny now. but i still thinking it’s funny. anyway, got back to the hotel and i slept pretty well that night.
Day 3 this day was the ‘funnest’ day! cuz i bought the most things on this day. went to this kek lok si (ji le si, a temple) and bought a lot of cheap cheap stuffs. like this bag, the one i bought with xingyu, karen and cindy for S$11, but i saw a bigger one and i bought for RM$15, which costs around S$6.50. cheap like siao. and can chop price. quite terrible there cuz those shopkeepers chop the prices themselves. my cousin wanted to buy this souvenir which costs RM$40 plus, and after walking a few steps away from the shop, the shopkeeper lowered it to RM$10 only. the shopkeepers will lower the price themselves. like crazy. i wonder how much they earn.
i also bought this piece of Batik dress for RM$89.90, something that is special and something that i don’t have. and the Batik dress can be worn in 7 different ways, which i haven’t had the time to explore.
Day 4 traveled to KL in the morning and had lunch at this restaurant. opposite this restaurant there’s this shoe shop, and our shopping spree starts just before lunch! woohoo!! my aunt, mom, sis and i chiong-ed opposite and me and my mom each bought a pair of slippers in less than 5 minutes. super shopping =) then visited this chocolate factory and i ate a lot of chocolates!! but i didn’t buy any cuz they were so expensive.
at night went walk walk at the pasar malam and wo xin yang yang!! i wanna buy this fake Gucci bag one loh, but my mom was like kept nagging and nagging that the bag is so ugly, look so old(!! where have lar!), that i won’t use it, that i should spend my money wisely and blah blah blah. so irritating! in the end i didn’t buy. sucks.
wanted to kop those pirated VCDs and DVDs, but in the end quarreled with my mom over the bag issue and so end up going back to the hotel in a huff. bleahx.. so this day was VERY BAD. arghh..
Day 5 more busrides again to Malacca. reached Malacca just in time for lunch at this nyonya restaurant or whatever you call it. the food was excellent. then visited this church and got scolded by the church person for taking photos in the church. hello, we really didn’t see the sign at the door that says no photo-taking lor.
after that stupid scolding, we went off for SHOPPING! ahhax. bought earrings at 4 for RM$10 and my sister bought very nice pouches and coin bags at very good price. like 3 for RM$10 kind of thing. bought this thingy to hang on my handphone, something that i was looking for like 4 months ago. but nonetheless, its quite cheap, so i just bought it anyways.
as for the photos, i guess my mom's camera is locked up and i'm kind of lazy to get it out. so yup. no photos..oops!
back to present~ yup so came back like a week ago, but was busy with work, so hadnt had the time to update.
yesterday after work i went out with another part-timer for ice-cream and shopping! real xiang3 shou4.=) hadn't had the chance to go shopping for a long time and it felt great! besides, christmas is coming! oh no, haven't bought the gifts yet. shala~~ shall find some time to go man=)
as for homework...hmm..started abit on math and chem. just that teenyweeny bit. must buck up! ahja fighting!
ps: somehow i feel that i'm going on a war everytime i go to work. heh. war with the customers and the bosses.
